I hated living in these apartments. The tenants were rude and never follwed the rules. They damaged my property and I was held accountable. The landlords were just as rude, and didn't follow the rules that were listed in the lease that I signed. Don't ever rent from Villa Marquita. I regreted it from the day I moved in!  Need to rent an apartment?
