Apartment Review for Pinnacle At Talega - San Clemente, CA

Man, where to start, all the reviews I've read are pretty dead on. These people truley have enjoyed the Pinnacle experience. This place could have been or was nice at one time, borderline Ghetto. Loud Marines who party like they just graduated high school; this is what you want for $1900.00 per month; NO PARKING HERE!!!! people are supposed to park in thier garages and the DON'T!! so 2 bedroom apartments take up 2-3 spaces, this place was designed for the morons to park at least one car in the Garage, People park in front of your garage in the shared driveways -but NOT in the GARAGE!! Beer cans and Dog POOP everywhere, Slobs, inconsiderate pigs. Talega is a very nice community- the apartments are NOT! if you talk to people who own property in Talega if you buy close to these apartments the property value of your house is less. The street is a drag strip of constant morons trying to prove thier manhood, loud Harleys, loud street racers, loud pick-up truck rednecks. Garbage is an issue because the people are to LAZY to lift the lid and throw the garbage in, PIGS again. Management is young, experieced and it shows-you get what you pay for new grads no knowledge. 30-40% of the people are civilized and follow the rules. Its still alot to pay for what you get, and you get a daily view of Dog Poop from irresponsible owners...Nice.
