Apartment Review for Pinnacle At Talega - San Clemente, CA

Talega is beautiful. The quality of tenats is VERY mixed and has deteriorated over the past two years. It has become very noisy and people apparently don't know that trash goes inside, not outside, the garbage containers. Currently dog owners are picking up after their dogs--not always the case. The leasing office has a terrible reputation and they get no help from their corporate office. The hoi poli across the street have MANY children, animals, babies, weekend drunks and vehicles. All noisy. No cell phones there, apparently, so you are often awakened by someone honking their horn. Like rap & mariachi music? Good! A lovely place if you don't look too close. Too bad.
