Apartment Review for Pinnacle At Talega - San Clemente, CA

I noticed the positive review...the person who felt that Pinnacle has received an "unfair" review in their opinion. I would like to set the record straight. I've lived here almost since they opened. So I feel that I also have a good perspective of life here at Pinnacle. My advice....don't move here. The location is great, don't get me wrong! I have never -- I repeat -- never, ever received such poor treatment from any apartment management staff. Sheila, the person who runs the whole place is absolutely terrible. She is extremely unfriendly. It is true, she drops pay or quit notices like confetti as the other resident reported. She fosters a very unprofessional atmosphere with her staff, and they in kind, treat us all like we are worthless people. My microwave door has had a crack in it for 6 months now. I cannot get it replaced. I've done and tried everything, from nicely chatting with the maintenance guy about it. Nothing. Tanya, the accountant person who also does damage control with tenant issues (such as the people on level three are pounding on the paper thin floors/walls, and neighbor on first floor is complaining that you, person on level 2 is making all the noise). Tanya attempts to deal with these issues. Unfortunately, she is a rather barbaric girl herself. She leaves her dog alone and he howls. Yes, you heard me right. The employee of Pinnacle, who is supposed to deal with tenant noise and issues is one of the biggest offenders of noise. Her dog kept me up until 4 am one night, howling. It was terrible. I've had nothing but problems here, and the day I move out, it will be like being freed from prison. I started a blog/discussion group about the apartments due to all my problems.
