Dumpy. HORRID management. You could DIE and not get out your lease. They seem to have a stock answer "If we do that for you, we have to do it for everyone else." So the answer for any semblance of kindness, reference or assistance is NO. They charge you up the ying yang for everything and anything, drop 30 day pay or quit notices around the complex like confetti and change the policies on a whim. Sheila (the main manager) is particularly NASTY and has no idea of how to run a complex. The gym is never cleaned...and the only good maintenance staff they had on the premises they mistreated and now a stupid fool is the maintenance staff. He does NOTHING and is rude as well. YUCK - I suppose it is ok to live here but god forbid never ever need any help or be late on your rent by one second!
