Apartment Review for Pinnacle At Talega - San Clemente, CA

Dont think because you are surrounded by multi million dollar homes that this community will be reflection of that, because its not! Every week I have disgusting views from my kitchen and balcony of the trash spread from the dumpster out into the parking lot. Its unsanitary and unsafe. Not only is it the fault of the leasing office but also the PIGs that live here. It is just downright DIRTY and SICK! Filthiest community I have ever lived in&Oh and not to mention I have caught the landscapers urinating in the outside garbage area! Also there is a horrible amount of noise on the weekend at night, I always wake up in the middle of the night to drunks on their balconies. My advice, rent someplace else! Dont waste your money on high rent because you think this is in a beautiful area!! Dont get me wrong, Talega is beautiful but this apartment community is horrible!
