Apartment Review for Pacific Pointe Apartments - San Clemente, CA

I've been living in the complex for almost a year. When we first moved into the unit, my brand new dryer wasn't working properly, so I called the company maker and they sent their repair man who told me that it was the apartment structure and the apartment maintanence is responsible for the repairs. I called management who said they would send someone but clearly didn't send anyone for the 2 times I asked. On the 3rd request they found that the vent to dryer was covered by landscape. If they had fixed it the first time, I wouldn't have had to call my dryer company repair man twice. The dryer's failure to vent was a fire hazard which I reminded the management each time I requested service. They didn't seem to care. At one point the kitchen had clogged and dirty, salty, liquid was released from the drain into the sink. I called management 3 times that one day and they assured me they would be there the same day. My sink and the smell of the unidentified liquid had sat there until the next day. Now my ceiling has water damage from the recent "flash flooding." I called the management immediately and its been 3 days since the call and no one has followed up or taken interest in the water damage that will eventually turn into mold.
