Apartment Review for Pinnacle At Talega - San Clemente, CA

Pinnacle at Talega seems better online than in person. Some things that need fixing: - More parking spaces need to be made (it's gotten to the point where I won't go out on weekends because I won't get my space back) - Management needs to be more organized and professional (they're constantly bothering my family for frivolous things) - Pool rules need to be enforced (Mendocino residents are constantly over here. Food and glass bottles are left out as well) - Rent needs to be lower (the quality is not 'luxury' at all. Paint chips, door handles constantly becoming loose, walls are thin.) - Maintenance needs to be treated better by management (Belittling them is just rude) - Apartments are too close (I can hear my neighbor sneeze) - Pool/Jacuzzi should be cleaned more often (I don't go in anymore because the water isn't translucent..) I have lived here for 7 years and let's just say, I want out. I would love to own property rather than waste money every month. Sad that I've been able to notice these things... I'm only a teenager.
