Apartment Review for 1541 Buena Vista - San Clemente, CA

The building has 4 condos...all owned by separate owners. All have beautiful ocean views. We lived in Unit 1...our landlord was the best! If anything went wrong with the place he arranged to have it fixed immediately. We lived there peacefully for 4 years until the dreaded Unit 3 tenants moved in.

Notes were left on Unit 3's doorstep to ask them to keep the noise down especially in the middle of the night, but we only got retaliation. Since they moved in the plaster on the ceiling has been falling on our furniture. They run back and forth throughout the apartment and slam doors and toilet seats constantly. Almost as if they are on drugs.

Despite all the complaints about the noise and inconsideration by the tenants, their landlord would not help the situation...he has only made it worse.

We have decided to move out because it's just not worth the aggravation. I recommend living there when the Unit 3 tenants pack up and leave. It is a beautiful beach condo meant for nice people who appreciate living by the beach.
